About the world of Alliance.125

Earth in Alliance.125 is deeply wounded by the Great War. The war has taken place long in the past, yet the environmental and social impacts of it are evident in the everyday lives of the eight main characters. Cultural history preceding the Great War is forgotten and history has become a topic of no relevance.

Even though vast areas between the equator and the two tropics are uninhabitable due to desertification, environmental toxins and extreme weather, people are living in an era of progress and peace in the ten world megacities. The biggest city of them all is Gavialis, the city of seven circles.

Terra Unionia is an independent area existing outside of the network of ten world cities and the world nation does not officially acknowledge its existence. In contrast, Terra Unionians refer to the world beyond their borders by the name "Hirunda" and they consider it as a hostile force occupying polluted areas on Earth.

Alliance.125 is a story of eight people who unexpectedly meet each other on the border that separates two long estranged nations apart. The secret and dangerous encounter changes not only their lives, but also the world around them.
